Six estimates

Reading the Real Worth of Each Spins Offer

Each row multiplies spins by spin value, applies the slot RTP to estimate the win, then applies the wagering to that win. Figures are estimates.

No-deposit spins

10 × NZ$0,20 = NZ$2,00 → about NZ$1,93 (RTP 96.7%) → NZ$1,93 × 50x = NZ$96,50 · Max NZ$75

New player spins · Deposit 1

156 × NZ$0,20 = NZ$31,20 → about NZ$29,95 (RTP 96%, assumed average) → NZ$29,95 × 41x = NZ$1227,95

Weekend spins · Saturday

75 × NZ$0,20 = NZ$15,00 → about NZ$14,48 (RTP 96.55%) → no wagering

Tiered spins NZ$100

100 × NZ$0,20 = NZ$20,00 → about NZ$19,30 (RTP 96.5%) → NZ$19,30 × 30x = NZ$579,00

Simple Reasons Behind Missing Spins

Game Page Not Reloaded. Spins are attached to the slot, not to your balance, and stay hidden until that game loads again. Close it, reopen it from the lobby and check the spin counter.

Entered but Not Applied. A code credits nothing on its own; it stays waiting until you confirm it. Open the bonus section of your account and accept the offer before spinning.

Below the Named Tier. Each tier names its own deposit floor, so a smaller top-up lands on a smaller rung. Repeat the deposit at the higher amount, or accept the tier you already matched.

Wrong Country on File?. Every offer on this page is written for New Zealand players under the Malta licence. Confirm your registration country in the profile, then ask support to check the offer.

Another Slot Was Loaded. A free spin cannot be moved; it opens only inside the game named in the offer. Go back to Aloha! Cluster Pays or whichever slot the code named and spin from there.

Top Up to the Stated Amount. Gambling is possible only from NZ$5, and some codes start higher, such as NZ$40 for WINMEGA75. Check the figure on the offer, then top up to reach it.

Before You Contact Support. Some gaps are for the support team, not for you. Write to [email protected] with the code, the time of the deposit and the slot, and they trace the credit.

Where Spin Winnings Sit Before the Cash

Worth reading the moment a spin result appears above the reels.

Before the First Spin

Slots carry the whole amount toward the requirement; table games add little or nothing. Play the spins on the slot named in the offer to keep progress steady.

Counting the Days

Welcome step one gives you 25 days to wager, while WINMEGA75 allows 3, WINLION10 keeps 5 and the Sunday spins 3. Plan a short run, not a long one.

Before You Request a Cashout

WINLION10 caps a withdrawal at NZ$75, so anything above that stays behind. Withdraw the capped sum and treat the rest as play value.

Balance of Play Value

Spin results land in the bonus balance and stay there until the turnover is met. Only what survives that requirement turns into money you can withdraw.

Your answers now

Read the answers before you spin

Five short answers covering the licence, wagering, payouts, repeat claims and stacking of spins.

trustWhat happens when a Malta licence backs the casino?+

Winz Casino Ltd. holds a licence from the Malta Gaming Authority under number MGA/B2C/024/2007. That regulator oversees fairness, payouts and player protection across the casino. New Zealand players deal with a Malta-licensed operator, not a local one.

trustCan I get spins that carry no wagering at all?+

Yes, wagering-free spins exist here. The weekly Saturday offer of 75 spins on Fortune Of Olympus and the Sunday offer of 100 spins on Book Of Dead both carry a wager of 0, so their winnings need no playthrough before withdrawal.

trustWhat if I want to cash out early with a bonus balance?+

Winnings sit as bonus money until the playthrough on the offer is met. Meet it within the stated wager days, then the balance becomes withdrawable cash and the minimum pull-out is NZ$14. Miss the deadline and the bonus lapses.

trustWhy do my spins keep coming back each week?+

Most offers run on a fixed rhythm: spins drop daily on the wheel, weekly on Saturdays and Sundays, monthly through the tournament, and yearly as birthday spins. Reaching a higher VIP level adds a bigger weekly parcel of up to 300 spins.

trustWhere do the no-deposit and welcome spins overlap?+

Yes, both are yours. The 10 spins on Razor Shark need no payment and run alongside the 156 welcome spins on Aloha! Cluster Pays that follow your first deposit. Each carries its own code and its own wager terms.

Winz Casino keeps the stopping power with you

Extra spins never oblige you to deposit again or to keep the reels turning. Set deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion in your account at any point. If play stops feeling like a choice, the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand and Gambling Helpline New Zealand offer free, confidential help.

Self-exclusion. This locks your account against all play for a period you choose, removing the option to log in and spin.

Deposit limits. This caps how much you can pay in over a day, week or month, so a bonus never pulls in more than planned.

Loss limits and session time reminders. Session time reminders flag how long you have played, while loss limits halt play once your net losses reach a set figure.

Claiming Time

Take the Spins From Code to Reels

That a missing spin usually comes from the wrong slot, an expired offer or unmet wagering.

Which Offer Should You Pick?

Compare the table above and decide whether you want a deposit-free route or one tied to a payment. Note the minimum deposit and the code before you start.

Registering with Real Details

Register with the exact details printed on your photo ID, since a mismatch delays verification. Spins without deposit may ask for your phone number or identity first.

Before the Code, After the Code

Enter the code in the bonus field or accept the offer in your account area. Confirmation usually lands in seconds, but verification can take up to 28 hours.

Open the Named Game

Open the named slot from your account instead of searching the lobby, because spins are tied to that one game. Each spin plays at the fixed stake shown in the offer.
